Shake up your brunch routine with this easy Avocado Eggs Benedict recipe! Complete your breakfast recipe with fresh, creamy avocado and hollandaise sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Eggs
- Butter
Hollandaise Sauce
- 1 Egg
- Lemon Juice
- Butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Spread Butter onto bread and toast for 3 minutes
- Spread Avocado onto toasted Bread
- Poach the Eggs for 3-5 minutes and top it onto the toasted Bread
- Next, prepare Hollandaise Sauce
- Add Egg Yolk, Lemon Juice and melted Butter together
- Cook the mixture at a low heat and beat slowly
- Drizzle Hollandaise Sauce over to complete the dish
