Learn to bake a soft and moist banana cake with this simple recipe which you can try it at home!
Ingredients:
- 100g Banana, puree
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 100ml Sunflower Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 150g Flour
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Mix Flour, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder. Sieve and set aside
- Beat the Sugar and Eggs until you get a thick texture
- Add in the Flour and mix well with a spatula
- Add Banana, Vanilla Essence, and Sunflower Oil. Stir well
- Pour into a pan greased with Margarine and on the base of the parchment paper
- Bake until cooked
