Plus these Banana Oat Pancakes are whipped up in a blender in no time at all. Get ready for a simple yet delicious breakfast!
- 150g Flour
- 40g Oatmeal
- 50g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 150ml Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Bananas
- 25g Melted Butter
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender/food processor and pulse until the texture is smooth
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Once warmed, spray with non-stick cooking spray or place coconut oil or butter in skillet. Pour pancake batter into skillet in round circles.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle with real maple syrup and toppings of choice.
