These brownie cookies are everything you love about a good, fudgy, crinkly brownie…in a cookie! It is a must try recipe for all chocolate lovers! Try baking it on your Webber Oven today!
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 400g of Castor Sugar
- 320g Flour
- 75g Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 280g Buttermix, melted
- Sliced Almond / Chocolate Chips for topping
Directions:
- Mix Sugar, Eggs and Vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved
- Add melted Buttermix in and stir well
- Next, add Flour, Salt and Cocoa Powder, stir until its blended perfectly
- Put the mixture into a piping bag, pipe it on a baking sheet
- Preheat the oven to 175°C for 15 minutes
- Next, lower the temperature to 150°C, put the batter into the oven to dry
