A moist, sky-high muffin top, full of chocolate chips, soft and buttery on the inside – a perfect way to start your morning!
Ingredients:
- 300g Butter & Margarine
- 200g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 335g Low Protein Flour
- 1 teaspoon Double Acting Baking Powder (DABP)
- 165ml Milk
- Chocolate Chips
- Cocoa Powder
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Whisk Butter and Margarine until it blends together
- Add Eggs, sifted Flour and DABP, mix well
- Next, add Milk, stir until its blended perfectly
- Add Chocolate Chips and Cocoa Powder into the mixture
- Pour the mixture onto muffin pan and bake for 30 minutes
