From sweet cream puffs to profiteroles, this easy Choux Pastry Recipe will have you making adorable and delicious light puffs in no time!
Ingredients:
- 150g High/Medium Protein Flour
- 150g Water
- 100g UHT Milk
- 100g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Sugar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Heat Water, UHT Milk, Butter, Sugar and Salt in a pot until it boils
- Add Flour and stir mixture over low heat until smooth
- Remove the pot from stove and add Eggs into the mixture
- Whisk the mixture until thick and transfer it into a piping bag
- Pipe mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking sheet (Leave some gap between the mixtures as it will expand)
- Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes using the lowest rack and 5 minutes using the highest rack of your oven until cooked
- Remove pastry from oven and let it cool
- Once cooled, cut the pastry into half and fill in the fillings of your choice
