Ingredients:
- 250g Flour
- 40g Sugar
- 4g Instant Yeast
- 20g Cafe Cream
- 70ml Liquid Whipped Cream
- 90ml Cold Liquid Milk
- 2 Egg Yolk
- 30g Butter
- 3g Salt
- Cinnamon Powder
- Palm Sugar
- 150g Cream Cheese
- 50g Butter
- 70g Refined Sugar (according to your preference)
- 20g Cafe Cream
- 2tsp Black Coffee
- 3tbsp Hot Water
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mix 1 Egg Yolk, Flour, Sugar, Yeast, Cafe Cream, Liquid Whipped Cream, and Cold Liquid Milk together
- Knead until the dough is half-smooth
- Add in Butter and Salt
- Knead until the dough is elastic
- Cover the container with plastic wrap/wet cloth
- Allow it to rest until it proofs to twice its original size
- Roll out the dough evenly
- Sprinkle Palm Sugar and Cinnamon Powder onto the dough
- Cut the dough into your preferred size and arrange the dough onto a heat-resistant tray or aluminum foil
- Brush the surface of the dough with 1 Egg Yolk
- Bake for 15 minutes until browned
- For the frosting, brew Coffee with Hot Water, filter and set aside
- Beat the Cream Cheese with Butter until it is smooth and soft
- Add Refined Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Cafe Cream, Coffee and stir well
- Add Liquid Milk gradually until you get your desired consistency
- Refrigerate until serving time
