This Egg Sponge Cake is soft and tastes absolutely delicious! Perfect for tea-time or a whole day snack. Above all, this cake is extremely easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 10 Egg Yolks
- 1 Egg
- 180g Sugar
- 200g Low Protein Flour
- 150ml Melted Butter
- 50ml Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Whisk Eggs and Sugar together until they are thick
- Add Milk into the mixture, mix well
- Next, add Flour and Salt into the mixture, mix until smooth
- Lastly, add Melted Butter into the mixture, blend thoroughly
- Pour mixture into baking pan coated with Butter
- Bake at 175°C until cooked
