Where do you deliver to?

On this website, you can purchase and arrange delivery to Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi.

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery in Jakarta within 5 working days. In the event you need delivery on a specific date, we can arrange delivery at Rp 225,000 per item.

What payment modes are available?

Can I return or exchange the product?

If for any reason, you would like to make an exchange or return, it must be done within 7 days of delivery. The product must not been used, damaged and must come with the original packaging. Shipping fees to be borne by customers except in cases where it’s due to manufacturer’s defects. Please WhatsApp us at +62 852 1111 5893 to arrange for an exchange.

Can I ask for a refund?

We only offer a refund if the product is defective or malfunctioning. Refund will only be entertained within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise, we will send our technician to repair or arrange a 1-for-1 exchange.
