Brownies are amazing on their own, but after topping it with Oreo Cookies, it will become a whole new unique and decadent dessert that people go crazy over!
Ingredients:
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 100g Butter
- 100g Granulated Sugar
- 50g Flour
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 20g Milk Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 16 Pieces of Oreo Cookies
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 150°C
- Melt Butter and Dark Chocolate together
- Sift Flour, Cocoa Powder, and Milk Powder in another bowl
- Add Eggs and Sugar into Butter and Dark Chocolate mixture, stir until Sugar is completely dissolved
- Next, add sifted Flour, Cocoa Powder and Milk Powder into the mixture, mix well
- Pour mixture into baking pan lined with baking sheet
- Add Oreo Cookies on top of the mixture
- Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes
