The sweetness and pandan flavour of this bread is perfect for breakfast. Super addictive and one bite is never enough!
Ingredients:
- 250g High Protein Flour
- 10g Powdered Milk
- 30g Sugar
- 173g Milk (cold) w/ Pandan Paste
- 3g Instant Yeast
- 3g Salt
- 25g Unsalted Butter
- Cheddar Cheese, grated
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C
- Mix Flour, Powdered Milk, Sugar and Milk, stir till half smooth
- Next, add Yeast and knead for awhile
- Then, add Butter and Salt. Knead till dough is smooth and elastic
- Wrap the dough with a napkin and let it sit in room temperature for 10 minutes
- Separate each dough into 50g and fill it with Cheddar Cheese
- Place dough on a greased pan and let it proof in room temperature for approx 60 minutes
- Brush dough surface with Milk
- Bake at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes
*After baking for 10 minutes, remove bread from the oven and cover the top of the bread with aluminum foil to prevent it from turning brown.
