Not sure what to eat for lunch? Try baking this Pasta Brûlée!
Ingredients:
- 250g of Pasta (cooked)
- 200g of Minced Meat
- 2 Sausages (thinly sliced)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 300g of Bolognese Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- A pinch of Salt
- Ground pepper (according to your preference)
- Sugar (according to your preference)
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 500ml Full Cream Milk
- 50g of Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 120g of Mozzarella, grated (for sprinkling)
Directions:
Pasta Sauce:
- Heat up the Oil
- Add the Onion, Minced Meat and Sausages
- Add the Bolognese Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Oregano
- Add the Pasta and mix well
- Turn off the heat and set aside
Cheese Sauce:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of Butter, add the Flour and mix well
- Pour in the Milk, cook until it bubbles
- Add Cheese, Salt and Pepper
- Stir until the Cheese is melted before turning off the heat
- Place the Pasta into a heat-resistant tray and spread evenly
- Pour the Cheese Sauce evenly over the Pasta
- Sprinkle the grated Mozzarella Cheese over the Pasta
- Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes
