Sausage breads are easy on the stomach and perfect for kids! Here’s how to bake yourself some light and soft sausage breads with this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 260g Flour
- 3g Instant Yeast
- 1 Egg
- About 160-180 g Liquid Milk
- 30g Sugar
- 30g Butter
- 2g Salt
- Sausages (according to your preference)
- Mayonnaise (according to your preference)
- Tomato Sauce (according to your preference)
- Cheddar (according to your preference)
- Melted Cheese (according to your preference)
- Parmesan Cheese (according to your preference)
- Dried Oregano (according to your preference)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Mix Flour, Yeast and Sugar
- Add the Liquid Milk and Eggs, mix until smooth
- Add Butter and Salt, mix until smooth
- Weigh about 60g of the Dough and let it stand for 5 minutes. Roll out the size of a paper cup
- Let it stand for 15 minutes. Next, put the Sausage in the middle of the Bread Dough
- Let it stand until it rises for about 50-60 minutes
- Add Tomato Sauce, Mayonnaise, Grated Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese and Melted Cheese
- Sprinkle Dry Oregano
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
